A New Day, A New Way
“He who bends will not be broken.”
uncredited axiom
Times change, and so do circumstances, and we have to be able to change with them. As the last few weeks have unfolded, we’ve been forced to adapt to comply with safety precautions due to the CoViD-19 outbreak. Terms like “social distancing” and “sheltering in place” have become buzz words lately, and protocols are preventing us from meeting at the church in large numbers — meaning, no Sunday morning services. At least, not in the traditional sense.
We must follow certain guidelines for the sake of people’s health, but that doesn’t have to mean sacrificing our gatherings entirely. Many of our small groups are meeting online through video chat. Technology is such that, during this time of “stay-at-home” orders, we can still meet virtually. The same is true of Sunday mornings, and we are utilizing modern tech to keep everyone connected.
For the time being, we will be continuing to have Online Church Services on Sunday mornings at 11am. These services are available through our Facebook Page. If you’d like to participate with these services, please “LIKE” our Facebook Page and check the page a few minutes before 11am on Sundays. You should see a notification when we are about to “Premiere” the video of the morning service.
As always, if you need prayer for any reason, you can send us your prayer request here. Please don’t let anything keep you from worshipping the Lord and studying His word!
